located on the West Bank
The trip will be led by the Honorable Mike Merritt,
SLFPA-West Commissioner

Format: 4-person scramble with Shotgun Start at 12:00 Noon
Registration opens at 10:00 AM
Costs: $140/individual - $650/corporate – Hole Sponsor $125

This year a portion of your fee for the tournament will be tax deductible.
That portion is yet to be determined.
Please consider a hole sponsorship of $125 or a Corporate team sponsorship
 ($90 over payment of $140 per 4 team members)
Come enjoy a week-end of Jazz Festing and stay over to play golf with NOGS & PLANO.
